Bacchanalia was an ancient Roman festival in honor of the Roman God of Wine, Bacchus. These celebrations were described as mystic, lively, and most noted for their wonderful cuisine and fabulous wines. In honor of this ancient tradition, we offer our wines and recipes to our wine club members as a “thank you” for your patronage. As an exclusive Bacchanalia member, you will receive:

• 2 bottles delivered to you four times a year.
• An additional 10% discount on all wine purchases.
• Invitations to “Members Only” events.
• Recipes which compliment the wines being sent.
• Private tours of the estate and tastings in the barrel room or in the vineyard.
• Tastings of exclusive vintages from our private cellar not offered to the public.
• Each shipment is approximately $45 plus tax and shipping (if required).

Shipments of wine require an adult signature, as required by law. Any wine returned to Avio Vineyards, or redirected to another address, will incur an additional shipping charge. Avio Vineyards is not responsible for these charges. If you are not available to receive your shipment, and have received a delivery attempt notice from the shipping company, please contact them directly to make alternate delivery arrangements.

The first shipment for 2011 went out on Jan. 17th. It included:

• 1 bottle '08 Barbera
• 1 bottle Barbed Wire Red

The spring selection went out on April 4th. The wines included are:

• 1 bottle "Absolution"
• 1 bottle "Confession"

The summer shipment will go out on August 1st. Winery pickup will be available on or after July 29th.

The selection includes:

• 1 bottle '07 Sangiovese Reserve
• 1 bottle Barbed Wire Red - New Release

The fall club selection has been shipped, or is ready at the winery for those who pick up.

• I bottle '07 Estate Sangiovese
• 1 bottle '08 Barbera
