Many times while pouring wine in our tasting room, we are asked how we became winemakers, and how it was that we found ourselves in the small town of Sutter Creek, California, all the way from the big city of Atlanta, Georgia.

Our Family

Stefano and I do not have children (of the 2-legged persuasion), but we do share our home and property with several furry and feathered friends which I refer to as �my little ones.�

Lodging

"The Carriage House at Avio" is a one-room, upscale authentic western guest lodge set amidst acres of rolling hills and vineyard. We offer several amenities, including: a full bath, king size bed, fireplace, TV, DVD & CD player, a complimentary bottle of champagne, wine & barrel tasting, full use of the pool, spa, and all 77 acres of the property.
